2021年底至2022年初，是NFT最为火爆的一段时间，在此期间出现了大量加密社区追捧的NFT项目。或许你从未参与，可你总能见到不遗余力“肝”NFT白名单的社区成员，他们会不停的看项目，在项目社群中疯狂的互动，甚至还会画画、编程、写营销软文，仿佛是一个无所不能的全面人才。于是，NFT白名单内卷就慢慢的在加密社区中蔓延开来。
内卷是由于供大于求的社会生产关系发展出来的，现实生活中，人们已经厌烦了这永无止境的内卷。在这种社会高压下，大家开始逐渐清醒，坚定地走向了反内卷这条道路。当内卷这类现象在加密世界中产生，我们就应该警醒，社区成员付出了过度的精力却没有收获与之相匹配的收入，未来一定会遭到社区未来强烈的反噬。
或许加密世界中有太多一夜暴富的故事，但身为加密行业的从业者，更应该脚踏实地，为维持加密生态良好持续发展做出努力。

You may never participate, but you will always see the community members who will spare no effort to interact day and night, and even draw, program, write marketing adverts to get a whitelist as if a comprehensive talent can do anything. As a result, competition for whitelists is going increasingly tough.
Involution is due to the oversupply of social production. In real life, the Chinese have been tired of this endless involution. We began to gradually awake in this kind of high pressure, firmly to the anti-involution. When involution occurs in the crypto world, we should be aware that community members who have put in too much effort without a commensurate return will strongly impact the community.
Perhaps there are too many overnight wealth stories in the crypto world, but as enthusiasts of the crypto, they should be down-to-earth and make efforts to maintain the sound and sustainable development of the crypto ecosystem.
