1.Assembly
Agenda Discussion & Community Proposal Initiation & MultiSig Wallet Management
Seven representatives will participate in each assembly, four of which will be randomly selected from Snapshot applicants. The remaining three also will be picked from Snapshot based on their community engagement and contribution to the project. Each term of membership lasts for 90 days and they will receive 0.6 ETH at the end of their term.
All community members are welcomed to register as representatives of our committee. The registration period for the first committee is one week, after which we will announce the list and vote at the same time. Names of the other three qualifying lists will also be announced when the community vote result comes out. Vote is open for a week in both sections. The full list of the 1st committee will be announced after the vote.
Representatives are primarily responsible for advocating for the community, initiating and discussing issues. Each representative can initiate a proposal up to five times a week during the term. Official or community assembly wil also use the results of the proposal as an important reference to promote implementation.
Each representative proposes a proposal, the assembly would vote first. When more than half of the members (≥4) reach a consensus, the proposal is adopted. Otherwise, the proposal is rejected.
If a proposal is found to be controversial during implementation, assembly will call a reviewing vote. The proposal would be suspended or cancelled with the consent of four out of seven representatives.
The community will set up a 7-person Multi-Sig Wallet to cover the reasonable expenses of the approved proposal, and any expenditure of the community Multi-Sig Wallet has to be put to a referendum with a majority of the votes approved by the assembly.
2.Ambassador
*Mainly responsible for project updating and external publicity.
*Manage the community, including but not limited to leading community discussion, promoting a harmonious communication culture, and advocating a healthy Internet atmosphere
*Make infographics, videos, memes or other promotional materials related to the project.

(Community: English Discord Channel/Telegram English Q&A)
Task classification:
*Community
Management of Rivermen WeChat group /Discord/Telegram.
Provide timely response to questions raised by the community.
Maintain community order and feedback community sentiment.
Ambassadors who claim the assignments are given the status of WeChat community administrator or Discord Mod, depending on their personal preference.
*Publicity
Promote Rivermen community culture and dynamics on social media including Twitter/Youtube/Instagram/Bilibili etc. Focus on overseas channels and is supplemented by Chinese channels. Promotion and publicity will be carried out from the perspective of cultural export.
*Content
Introduce core contents and play methods.
Production of memes, charts and videos, etc.
Related article composition and translation of Rivermen project.
*Activity organization
Plan and organize various types of online or offline social activities, guide the community to actively participate in the activities, and increase the interaction and stickiness of the Rivernmen community.
*External cooperation and contact
Contact other project parties/organizations/individual artists who blend in Rivermen culture in terms of cultural connotations, styles, visions and other aspects. Follow up and promote future cooperation.
*Instruction
Introduce Rivermen culture to new community members. look out for talents who are suitable for Autonomy Community or Ambassador Programs.
Community members who are interested in participation can claim the above tasks according to your abilities and expertises (no limit on tasks totals). The information will be used as a reference for selection/voting.
*Implementation and incentive plan of Ambassador Program
Agent — Minister — Ambassador
Contribution points evaluation system:
contribution points will be settled every 30 days. The points earned will affect the monthly award and the position level of the ambassador. Community members who wish to be ambassadors can fill out a questionnaire and sign up at any time. Interviews will be held every 15 days. After the interview, we will communicate with the selected ambassadors and conduct a official publicity in the community. Ambassadors will also be able to view and edit online collaboration documents. A meeting is held every 15 days to update ambassadors on the progress of their community projects. Ambassadors can also present their difficulties and the supports they wish for during the meeting. Each ambassador will be able to update his/her assignments and summaries to the collaborative documentation platform at any time. The official contribution scores will be updated in real time after verification.
The first 30 days will be the internship period for the participants of the Ambassador Program. Participants who contribute less than 50 points will maintain their internship status, collectively referred as “Agents”. Participants who score 50 points or more will be promoted to “Minister” and those who score 150 points or more will be officially awarded as “Ambassador” status. “Agents” will not be rewarded, while the “Minister” and “Ambassador” will be rewarded with ETH in proportion to their contribution points. At the same time, the “Ambassador” will receive a special River Art jointly created by the Rivermen community with artists in collaboration.
*Note: Contribution credits are calculated in 50 points which is correspond for 0.2 ETH and up to the maximum of 150 points. All awards for “Ministers” and “Ambassadors” will be paid out of community purse.
The maximum number of participants, evaluation criteria of contribution degree and corresponding contribution points for each task:
Community: 8 Chinese / 8 overseas
Over 30 comments a day to earn contribution points.
Accumulative rule: 5 points can be obtained if 30 comments are left every day. Increasing every 20 comments beyond the basic 30, you will get 2 points.
Publicity: 10 Chinese / 10 overseas
Judged by the influence of social media and community.
Accumulative rules: 4 points for each post with high degree of transmission/moderate degree of transmission but good quality.
If any content stands out, more points are available on top of that.
Content: 10 Chinese / 10 overseas
The quality level of the content is determined by the authorities according to the quality of the released content, the degree and influence of production after dissemination.
Accumulation rules: 10 points for Level 1, 7 points for Level 2 and 5 points for Level 3;
Credits will not be awarded if the content is not up to standard .
Activity organization: 10 Chinese / 10 overseas
Different points will be awarded according to the activity type and effect.
Accumulation rules: 10 points will be credited for organizing AMA, 30 points will be credited for organizing offline activities, and 20 points or higher points will be credited for initiating other online activities (animation production/tool learning session/game organization, etc.) according to the number of participants and the effect of activities.
Outreach cooperation: 10 Chinese / 10 overseas
Different points are given according to the linkage effect.
Accumulative rules: external community AMA counts 15 points. External KOL linkage is credited with 10 points or higher based on the cooperation/activity effect.
In-depth linkage of projects (electronic encryption domain and cultural activity type projects, such as Wuzhen Drama Festival) will be counted as 30 points or higher.
Instruction: 8 Chinese / 8 overseas
Integrate new members into the community.
Accumulation rules: 6 points or more will be awarded for each successful integration of a new recruit into the community/Ambassador Program. Points will be increased based on units of 2 points following the contribution of the new recruitment.
03 Community Wallet
The wallet includes a portion of the project’s proceeds, a portion of royalties from the secondary market, and NFT of Rivermen from the early airdrop list (which was not collected in time before the synthesis opened) that was officially recovered. The role of the community wallet is to provide basic funds and NFT incentives for the follow-up operation of the Rivermen community, so as to promote the prosperity and development of the Rivermen community. As the Rivermen grows, any individual, organization or enterprise that contributes to the preservation of the Rivermen community or to external publicity can contact our Assembly to submit a proposal and apply for the award after passed by the committee. The award will be paid out of the community purse.
The official will enter 20 ETH as the initial fund of the community wallet. The Multi-Sig address of the community wallet will be opened to each member, but members will not be allowed to operate the wallet privately.
All expenditures related to the community wallet should be acted upon after the community referendum has been passed. One-third of the royalties from the secondary market were originally used for the development and operation of River Color, which is now temporarily shelved. After the assembly is formed, proposal raised by representatives for deliberation to decide assets distribution.
The scope of assets used in the community wallet: including but not limited to incentive programs, Ambassador programs, maintenance of community infrastructure operations, expenditures for marketing activities (advertising,cooperation, etc.), community initiatives, outreach, game and video product development and other projects to be generated.
04 Expert
Provide technical and product development support for official.
Members with AR/VR/ game production experience are welcomed to sign up for the expert team. Experts suggest feasible options to the project team and work with the authorities to launch the AR, VR and other forms of expression. For experts members who have made outstanding contributions to the Rivermen (derivative product/technical support, etc.), officials will set a prize pool to motivate them.
