房子的意义是什么？

对于很多中国人来说，房子的意义等同于家。

它的意义在于如果你是一个漂泊的旅人，当你累了，你也知道一条确切的归途。

要是遇上兴趣相投的好友，也可以相约在家里小酌两杯。

它也是能让你放下一切防备，让你尽情发泄、休息的地方，当你调养完毕，你又可以兴趣盎然地寻找远方……

当你在元宇宙中，你的“家”又在哪里呢？这个独属于你的空间，你会如何装扮它呢？把它打造成金碧辉煌的宫殿还是热闹喧嚣的娱乐胜地，亦或是雅致的小别苑，用于待客、展览？

河里宅有了，不会自己装修自己怎么办？

为了解决买房后装修的烦恼，河里人将在参与第1轮预售拍卖的用户中选取2位，免费参与“河里宅交换空间”活动。

交换空间活动规则：

1、用户需参与第1轮河里宅预售，并成功买下河里宅，首轮河里宅预售为6+1形式（6所河里宅+1所公益河里宅，公益河里宅拍卖所得金额将全部捐给女性公益组织）。

2、交换空间活动名额仅2位，其中1位用户指定为成功拍卖“公益河里宅”的用户，另外1位采用抽奖的形式在参与首轮预售的6个用户中选出。

3、需求方案讨论：2位用户在听取对方的装修想法后为对方互相设计完整的“室内家具或室内装饰品需求方案，方案涵盖家具或装饰品的位置以及家具或装饰品的设计需求”后续简称需求方案，需求方案形式为WORD文档，需求方案4月1日双方开始撰写，最迟4月15日双方提交完整需求方案给河里人项目方。河里人项目方有权对双方自行撰写的需求方案的合理性和可操作性提出修改，以免影响室内家具或室内装饰品的制作。

4、需求方案双方确认后，由河里人项目方提供室内家具或室内装饰品制作，用于河里宅内部装修的家具或装饰物版权归河里人项目方所有，会制作成NFT免费赠送给2位用户，用户可以自由转卖。

5、需求方案实施时间：单个室内家具或室内装饰品的制作工时设计师会根据用户需求告知用户。1个用户拥有1个设计师10天的制作时间，制作开始时间预计4月20号开始。

Where’s your home in the Metaverse? How will you decorate your house? Make it an amazing party ground or a public gallery.

Know Nothing about Layout?

We will invite two buyers from the presale of RiverEstate to participate in the Trading Space event.

Rules:

1. Eligible users need to succeed in buying one piece of RiverEstate in the presale.
2. Buyer of the RiverEstate auctioned for charity will be guaranteed to be eligible, the other one is randomly picked from the other 6 buyers.
3. Express requirements: Two participants need to submit a plan of what kind of furniture is needed and the layout based on after listening to each other’s requirements. The cutoff date of submitting is 15th, April. Rivermen have the right to revise the plan so as not to affect the works.
4. After making an agreement on the plans, our team will work on building the furniture and decorations which will be turned into NFTs given to the two participants.
5. Duration: The time(no more than 10 days) needed to decorate will be informed by our architects. The decorating is expected to begin on 20th, April.
