元宇宙项目Rivermen完成450万美元天使轮融资

Rivermen has raised $4.5M in the angel investment round.

Funding Details

We’re excited to announce that we have raised $4.5M in the angel investment round led by Mirana Ventures. Other funds include SuperChain Capital, HashKey, Bonfire Union, Robin Song, UOB Venture, DraperDragon, Signum Capital, Zhu Deming, ByC.

Ponlaii is the parent company of Rivermen. Ponlaii Design has already completed several virtual estates design and construction. We will continue building our metaverse as well as scaling our business. Besides, we plan to launch the public sale of RiverEstate in Q2 this year.

Introduction of Rivermen

Rivermen takes the voxel version of “Along the River During Qingming Festival” as the creative theme, extracts dramatic and distinctive characters buildings from it, and is a metaverse platform built based on blockchain technology.

Vision of Rivermen

Rivermen hopes to become a new entrance to the social activities of the encrypted crowd, create more consumption scenarios for the encrypted crowd, and make the Metaverse platform have more possibilities. The team will also continue to provide community members with tools for content creation and ideological expression, assist members in their creativity, and allow everyone to participate in the display of personality and the construction of the community.

Rivermen Exhibitions

Rivermen’s encrypted artwork “The Window of Time and Space” is exhibited in The 1st Annual METAVERSE Art @VENICE, a parallel exhibition of Venice Art Fair, which has been exhibited at the Venice Armory from Apr.27th to Nov.27th of the month. The 1st Annual METAVERSE Art @VENICE is an academic research project of the University of Venice, the School of Architecture of Venice, Qingdao Wanmei Shengshi Technology, and Beijing Huahan International Hongliu. Co-initiated by Victoria LU, virtual singer Autumn and artist Liu Jiaying (CryptoZR). The “Window of Time and Space” exhibited by Rivermen this time is based on the long scroll of the top ten famous paintings in China “Along the River During the Qingming Festival”. The time in the real world is anchored, and there are sunrises and moonsets just like in reality. The characters inside and outside Bianliang City will also have different actions over time, men farming and women weaving, living and working in peace and contentment, working at sunrise and resting at sunset.

RiverEstate Introduction

RiverEstate is a unique housing NFT asset in “Bianriverse”, each of which is designed and built by IRL Metaverse Architects. In addition, users can decorate, hold parties, etc. inside the RiverEstate, or place the 3D model on other metaverse platforms. In the future, Rivermen will also cooperate with well-known artists in the industry to create a co-branded extra-large RiverEstate every month.

本轮融资 Rivermen 母公司Ponlaii 完成 450 万美元天使轮融资，由Mirana Ventures领投、SuperChain Capital 、HashKey 、Bonfire Union 、Robin Song、大华银行创投区块链基金、DraperDragon 、Signum Capital 、朱德铭、ByC参投。此次融资将用于继续完成 NFT、元宇宙平台的开发进程以及虚拟建筑师事务所业务规模的扩大。此前，Ponlaii 旗下 Ponlaii Design 已完成多宗虚拟地产设计与施工交付，元宇宙项目 Rivermen 已完成河里人 NFT 的发售，计划于今年第二季度公售河里宅 NFT 。

Rivermen 加密艺术品《时空之窗》参展了The 1st Annual METAVERSE Art @VENICE艺术展，这是一个威尼斯艺术展的平行展，已在威尼斯军械库展出，展出时间从4月27号持续到11月27号。 The 1st Annual METAVERSE Art @VENICE是威尼斯大学、威尼斯建筑学院联合青岛万美盛世科技、北京华瀚国际鸿流的学术研究项目，结盟世界各地大学师生及艺术家联合举办的元宇宙发展学术研究展，由陆蓉之（Victoria LU）、虚拟歌手聆秋（Autumn）和艺术家刘嘉颖（CryptoZR）共同发起。而Rivermen 此次展出的《时空之窗》是基于中国十大传世名画《清明上河图》长图卷，抽提精要再演绎的作品“ Voxel 版清明上河图”，作品中的世界时间和现实世界的时间锚定，和现实中一样有日出月落。汴梁城内外的人物也会随着时间有着不同的行动，男耕女织，安居乐业，日出而作，日落而息。
