河里宅vs保障房

River Estate vs Compensatory houses

河里宅：目的是奖励已合成Pawn的用户或拥有高级资产的用户；河里宅是NFT资产，拥有所有权，也拥有附属的7条权益，每个河里宅外观都是独一无二的，重复度低。

保障房：目的是给没有合成的P用户的一个补偿品；保障房不是NFT，不上链，无任何附属权益，所有保障房外观一致，用户仅拥有使用权，无所有权。

River Estate: These are used to reward synthesized Pawns owners or owners with advanced assets. River Estates are NFT assets that feature ownership and seven ancillary rights. In addition, each of them is unique in appearance with a low repetition rate.

Compensatory houses: These houses are created as compensation for owners who have PAWNs not synthesized. Compensatory houses are non-NFTs without any ancillary rights. Namely, they are not on-chain assets. The appearance of all compensatory houses is the same. It’s free for users to use them but can’t have them.

空投数量：

模型建造耗时比较久，前期会优先安排空投给Scene的所有者。

第1批总数200个NFT，先投放给Scene的所有者，ETH链，官方负担GAS。

第2批总数2000个NFT，投放给Pawn（已合成）的所有者，规则待定。

The number of airdrops

It takes a long time to build the model, and it will be airdropped to the scene owners in the early stage.

The first 200 NFTs awarded to scene owners will be put on the Ethereum chain, and the gas fees will be paid by Rivermen Team.

The second 2000 NFTs will be given to owners of Pawns fused (or synthesized), rules and details to be determined.

属性设置：

按稀有度分4个等级：

normal（60%120个），rare（25%50个），super rare（10%20个），legend（5%10个）

按大小size分4个等级：

small（60%120个），middle（25%50个），big（10%20个），huge（5%10个）

small可放置在2*2，4*4，6*6，10*10的地皮上

middle可放置在上4*4，6*6，10*10的地皮上

big可放置在上6*6，10*10的地皮上

huge仅能放置在上10*10的地皮上

Rarity and Size

There are 4 levels of rarity:

Normal (60%, 120 pieces), Rare (25%, 50 pieces), Super Rare (10%, 20 pieces), Legend (5%, 10 pieces)

There are 4 kinds of size

Small (60%, 120 pieces), Middle (25%, 50 pieces), Big (10%, 20 pieces), Huge (5%, 10pieces)

Small River Estates can be placed on 2*2, 4*4, 6*6, and 10*10 plots

Middle River Estates can be placed on 4*4, 6*6, and 10*10 plots

Big River Estates can be placed on 6*6 and 10*10 plots

Huge River Estates can only be placed on a 10*10 plot

空投规则：

1、Scene快照时间：January 16, 2022 11:59 PM；Pawn快照时间待定

2、第1批河里宅NFT的空投预计2022年2月底开始，制作模型预计需要1个月的时间，空投预计会持续一周。

3、第2批河里宅NFT空投开始时间待定，因为模型众多。

4、拥有scene资产用户会获得第1批空投，按地址1:1空投河里宅NFT，即同一个地址中拥有10个scene也是获得1个河里宅。同一地址同时拥有scene和合成过的pawn第1批会空投1个河里宅，第2批再空投1个河里宅（即每个地址最多在空投活动中获得2个河里宅）

5、拥有scene资产用户，相对第2批pawn用户，会优先空投高稀有度或面积等级较高的河里宅NFT。

6、拥有不同数量的scene资产用户，适当对稀有度或大小等级加权，比如说A地址有50个scene，B地址有30个，C地址有10个，A地址获得高稀有度或者面积较大的河里宅的可能性比B、C用户大。

7、拥有pawn(已合成)资产用户，在第2批按地址1:1空投河里宅NFT，单地址中拥有10个合成过的pawn也是获得1个河里宅，单个地址下合成PAWN数量多，空投的河里宅会获得适当加权稀有度或者大小等级。

8、拥有pawn(未合成)资产用户，仅能获得保障房，不是NFT，不上链，所有保障房外观一致，用户仅拥有使用权无所有权，无任何权益。

Rules

1. The Snapshots for the Scene will take place at 11:59 pm(UTC+8) on the 16th of January 2022, and when the Snapshots for Pawns take place is to be determined.
2. The first-round River Estates will be airdropped at the end of February because it will take about a month to build the model. The airdrop will last a week.
3. The start time of the second River Estates airdrops is yet to be determined due to a large number of models to be built.
4. One address can only get one River Estate at most even if that address owns more than one Scenes or Pawns synthesized.
5. Compared with the Pawn owners, Scene owners will be awarded River Estates with higher rarity or larger size earlier.
6. Based on the number of Scenes owned by users, the rarity or size of River Estates airdropped to them is weighted appropriately. For example, address A has 50 Scenes, address B has 30, and address C has 10. Address A is more likely to acquire River Estates with higher rarity or larger size than address B and C.
7. Users who have Pawns(fused or synthesized) will be awarded River Estates in the second round. It’s the same that one address can only get one River Estate at most this time. If there are many Paws(synthesized) in one single address, chances are that the River Estates airdropped to that address is rarer or larger.
8. Owners of Pawns(have not been fused) can only get compensatory houses that are neither NFT nor on-chain assets. What’s more, all the compensatory houses without any rights or interests have the same appearance and users only have the right to use but no ownership.

河里宅NFT拥有者权益：

1、拥有此河里宅的所有模型资源，此模型可授权放置在其他元宇宙项目上。

2、拥有此河里宅制作衍生周边，以及二次创作的版权授权。

3、拥有此河里宅放置在河里地上的权利，要选择合适大小的河里地放置，河里地您可以租用他人地皮或者自购地皮。

4、拥有此河里宅的移动权，河里宅是可动产，您可以移动到任何喜欢的位置，只要在可以允许放置的范围之内即可。

5、拥有此河里宅的内部装修权，可以把你的河里艺以及其他NFT放置在你所属河里宅的权利；暂时不开放外部装修权，因为可能会影响河里宅展示效果，不过可以提议给议会，安排全民空投开放外部装修权。

6、拥有此河里宅的所有权，您可以租借或者交易给他人，获得收益。

7、拥有此河里宅开设活动的权利，您可以开设任何您希望的活动，获得收益。

Interests of River Estates owners:

1. Owners have the ownership of the River Estates model that can authorize the use of the model in other metaverse platforms.
2. Owners have the copyright on the River Estate model.
3. Owners have the right to place their houses on the land of proper size which you can rent or buy in the Bianriverse.
4. Owners have the right to move their River Estates. The River Estates are movable, you can move to any position you like as long as it can be placed within the allowed range.
5. Owners have the right to decorate the interior of their River Estates and to place their River arts and other NFTs in the houses. The right to change the exterior decoration is not open for the time being because it may affect the display effect of the house, but it can be proposed to the council to arrange for the public airdrop of the open exterior decoration.
6. Owners have the right to lease or sell it to others for profits.
7. Owners have the right to hold any events they wish for profits.

常见问题：

1、河里宅后续能不能买？

答：河里宅前期有空投，后续会对外公开售卖

2、未来是不也有河里地？

答：是的，河里地细则暂时不方便公布。

3、空投完了以后，我卖了我的Pawn或者Scene，河里宅属于谁？

答：依然属于你，河里宅NFT是独立于Pawn和Scene的资产。

4、河里宅卖了，以后我还拥有河里宅附属的权益吗？

答：不再拥有，内部您自己装饰的NFT资产依然存在，但是房子内部装修会恢复初始未装修的状态，方便房子的新主人对内部装修。

FAQ:

1、Can I buy the River Estates in the future?

A: It’s only available by airdrop in the early stage, but it will be sold publicly later.

2、Will there be a land system in the future?

A: Yes, we will announce details of Riverlands in the near future.

3、If I sell my Pawns or Scenes after I got the River Estates, does the house still belong to me?

A: Still yours, the River Estate is independent of Pawns and Scenes.

4、Do I still own the rights and interests attached to the River Estates if I sell it?

A: No, but the NFTs you put in the house still belong to you, and the interior of the house will be reset so that the new owner can decorate.
