名词解释
河里宅：是河里人的房屋类资产，可以在河里宅玩法上线后进入并游玩。目的是奖励pawn(已合成)用户或拥有高级资产（例如scene）的用户；河里宅是NFT资产，河里宅持有者拥有所有权，也拥有附属的7个权益，每个河里宅都是独一无二的，重复度低。
河里宅三大阶段：河里宅将分为预售，空投，公售三大阶段。
河里宅预售：预售分为两部分——公益加价拍卖(1个河里宅)+普通加价拍卖(12个河里宅)

2、普通加价拍卖时间：2022年3月18号20点 UTC+8（北京时间），持续6天；如遇特殊情况会适当延期安排预售时间。

加价拍，起拍价为0.2 ETH

大小为small级别共6个【rare稀有，super rare超级稀有，legend传奇各2个】
大小为middle级别共6个【rare稀有，super rare超级稀有，legend传奇各2个】
河里宅竞价周期
每48小时拍卖4个【同等级小和中各2个】
按以下顺序：rare稀有，super rare超级稀有，legend传奇
河里宅拥有者权益
1、拥有此河里宅的所有模型资源，此模型可授权放置在其他元宇宙项目上。
2、拥有此河里宅制作衍生周边，以及二次创作的版权授权。
3、拥有此河里宅放置在河里地上的权利，要选择合适大小的河里地放置，河里地您可以租用他人地皮或者自购地皮。
4、拥有此河里宅的移动权，河里宅是可动产，您可以移动到任何喜欢的位置，只要在可以允许放置的范围之内即可。
5、拥有此河里宅的内部装修权，可以把你的河里艺以及其他NFT放置在你所属河里宅的权利；暂时不开放外部装修权，因为可能会影响河里宅展示效果，不过可以提议给议会，安排全民空投开放外部装修权。
6、拥有此河里宅的所有权，您可以租借或者交易给他人，获得收益。
7、拥有此河里宅开设活动的权利，您可以开设任何您希望的活动，获得收益。

Benefits of RiverEstates holders
- Holders have the ownership of the River Estates model that can authorize the use of the model in other metaverse platforms.
- Holders have the copyright on the River Estate model.
- Holders have the right to place their houses on the land of proper size which you can rent or buy in the Bianriverse.
- Holders have the right to move their River Estates. The River Estates are movable, you can move to any position you like as long as it can be placed within the allowed range.
- Holders have the right to decorate the interior of their River Estates and to place their River arts and other NFTs in the houses. The right to change the exterior decoration is not open for the time being because it may affect the display effect of the house, but it can be proposed to the council to arrange for the public airdrop of the open exterior decoration.
- Holders have the right to lease or sell it to others for profits.
- Holders have the right to hold any events they wish for profits.
